I haven't worn a mask in here at all, then all of a sudden I come in an tell me to leave I need a mask, like ok well I didn't bring one do you have one for me since you are wanting me to wear it, says no an for me to leave, they take money out of my account every month they have my money but tell me to leave that I can't do something already paid for because all of a sudden now *** almost over with you Wana tell me I need a mask or no tanning, that I have already PAID for...so I guess I need to revoke my membership an my mother an sisters also, an for the females you have working here need a better attitude period.

Tan Pro needs to train their employees to ask questions before telling a customer that they decide how long you may tan. Tp: how long did you want to tan? Me: 15 minutes Tp: I see you haven't been in for a month so I'm going to put you in for 10. It's ultimately my decision. She didn't ask me have you ever burned before? Do you tan easily? She just straight up said how it was gonna be. I have never had a problem there (Tiffin Ave) until today. I have been told the other Findlay location is better. I'll give corporate 3 stars for their handling of the problem. They did give me 15 more minutes on my account.

Charged during Covid

I purchased a monthly package just before shut down from covid. Come to find out they were not only charging me every month but it was during the shut down. They don't tell you it's not just a month package but it continues until you cancel. I called to cancel, only to be charged again the very next day. They refuse to give any money back. Poor management!
